Porter Industries uses the same approach and philosophy for each client:

In respect to an office environment we would draw on our 38 years of experience. We will employ best practices in service, quality programs, documentation and reporting, continuous process improvements, and training programs.

We have written, documented and trained our staff and our clients staff in these and other procedures and realize the importance and recognition of such programs.

We serve many office and laboratory environments in the northern Colorado area and have learned to work with the staff and their needs to assure quality service for them and their customers. Professional, courtesy service is not an option, it is mandatory.

We have learned that to be “green” is more than the products we use. To be green is a philosophical change in regards to our approach to cleaning. We acknowledge Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) by incorporating Healthy, High Performance Cleaning. We clean as a systems approach and document what we clean.

We will implement quality programs that contribute to the health and safety of your employees, provide cost savings and be supported by the cleaning staff and other employees of your company. Our job is to help in any way we can.
